Why this business was started
I have always wanted to start my own business. 5 years ago I discovered the drop-shipping business model but at that time I did not want to make money in that way. 4 years later, after watching all those success stories, I thought of still giving it a try. I wanted to create a cashflow for myself with this webshop and building a real competitive brand. I knew from myself that I could do it and build a better store than everyone out there. And that is what I did.
The reason of selling this business
As I mentioned, this business is running on a drop-shipping model now and should be moved towards private label. So it can benefit from higher profit margins and faster shipping time. I do not have the capital to brand the product and order in bulk and therefore am unable to move this business to the next level. To be able to keep up with competition

How to grow this business
- At first, bulk order the product and put the logo on the package and product. (if capital allows you)
- Ship it to fulfillment centers in the US and Australia.
- Create your own content for videos or send the product to someone on Fiverr for content creation.
- The snorkeling niche is great for upselling. Therefore, try and add products like flippers, gloves, diving spray etc.
- And always keep on growing the social media accounts by running engagement campaigns.
