General description

My passion for exploring the spiritual and esoteric world led me to start this business in 2015. I laid the foundations by studying the Shopify System in detail and then began offering my own creative unique articles and products to an audience that actively participates in the spiritual and esoteric world. These products keep me focused on my personal meditations and help remind me of where I want to be spiritually. The business really 'got off the ground' early in 2016. and I continued with it through to December 2017, when I was hit with various health problems and my focus is centered around healing myself spiritually. This is still taking all my inner strength, focus and commitment and so, by January 2018 my sales had dropped off. As you have gathered by now, this is a 'spiritual/esoteric on-line store, that targets and encourages positive thinking people, with products to help them on their spiritual journeys and to remain focused on their end goals, I'm offering a wide range of Jewelry, home wares and clothing . The store's mission is to promote calmness, serenity and focus through my product collections. I've been seriously hoping to re-start the business (because my spiritual path is my passion) and it aches me to no longer be involved in the business . It is just not possible for me to re-focus my energy on the store!

Three words - Testing...Testing...Testing is the 'name of the game'. Focus constantly on advertising to build your customer base - that's where the value of the business lies.. No advertising = no sales. . Remember to often add a new 'sweetener' to your collections .... keep ahead of the game, by adding your own unique creations. Keep testing and advertising on as many social media outlets as is possible.

What work have you put into the store?

This online store took an enormous amount of self education ( listening to many, many 'on-line gurus) and heaps of planning to get 'up and running' ... I've invested numerous weeks building my Shopify store to where it now. I've weeded out poor performers and followed the Shopify guidelines exactly. The two years that I worked the business, had a smooth run and also made profits ... often beyond expectation! There were product 'leaders and product lagers' and so a fair amount of my attention was spent 'fine tuning' what products worked for my customers.
