There is so much potential with this Store and on Amazon as the Baby Boomer market is HUGE! Conducting just a little research will show you this generation has a lot of money to spend on keeping themselves young and fit.
All of the components for an online ecommerce business are established within the Store and on Amazon, i.e Keyword Research for what people are searching, SEO optimized product pages and Amazon listings, etc.).
Plus, there is already tons of content that is indexed and ranked on Google for many of the "How To" Videos and DIY Recipes.
Essentially, I have done all the hard work and time consuming tasks. You just have to focus on sprinkling more content on the website and across social media platforms. I would do this through targeting the audiences that are interested in Natural Products and Essential Oils as well as Baby Boomers and re-targeting them with Facebook Ads, YouTube Videos and pinning Images to Pinterest.
Begin running consistent paid advertising on Facebook (I have a huge custom audience built from Facebook Insights of over 13M people) that could be targeted with product ads.
Add complimentary products like other essential oils or cold pressed oils. Also, add accessories like more diffusers, necklaces, bottles, etc. through Oberlo that are complimentary to the private label products.
Continue adding DIY Recipes to the Blog, which are auto-posting via a Wordpress plugin to all social media platforms.
Create DIY YouTube Videos to build up a following on this untapped social media channel.

If I were keeping the business, here are some of the tasks I would perform over the next 5 years to grow the business... 1. Add complimentary products such as more private label essential oils and cold pressed oils plus bottles and containers to create DIY products from the dropshipping app Oberlo. I would increase the # of Units purchased a month from private label supplier to obtain a higher discount on product. 2. I would create more videos with healthy recipes using our products and consistently post on YouTube to build the channel and push traffic to the store. 3. I would also begin running YouTube Ads as the cost per view is very inexpensive and this is an untapped market. 4. I would hire someone that could pin images of our products and DIY content as Pinterest has turned out to be a terrific traffic source for store orders. 5. I would create a Facebook Messenger Chatbot to build a list to market. The Chatbot would have automated FAQ's about our products, how to contact us and links to shop and to download product guides. I would slowly phase out email marketing and begin using the chatbot to communicate new product offerings, discounts on special holidays as the open rates are as high as 84% and the click through rate is around 28%.
I would say social media platform knowledge, running Facebook & YouTube Ads and creating Videos would be good skills to possess. Also, if you are going to offer private label products, you will need to make sure to include all costs associated with the product to ensure profitability and keep a close eye on fees associated with selling on Amazon.
