Why this business was started
We started the business in 2018 intially as a side-hustle to make some extra cash, we had other obligations so we were not as focused on the initial idea and in 2019 we were content with the revenue that was coming in, because it didn't take up too much of our time. In 2020 we decided to see how much of the workload we could handle with just us two and no employees and found our sweet spot. Even with the covid-19 pandemic, sales didn't stagnate and we grew exponentially.

It's simple, we can't fulfill the volume of orders coming in.
We've limited our marketing in order to keep up with the high volume. The next logical step for us to take sticker social to the next level is to acquire a new space and hire more employees to keep up with the traffic. The problem is we have other business obligations and sticker social has outgrown us.
What's involved in running this business
In order to run the business you will need: a computer, a die-cut vinyl cutter, vinyl craft tools, and a large workspace/table. You will then order supplies online, print, cut, transfer decals, fulfill orders and ship, run marketing/ad campaigns. That's it.

Personal support after saleComplete support via text, phone call, and/or Zoom for 3 months. Will train you and your personnel on how to design, develop and print decals. Along with proper packaging and shipping procedures. Will also help with ad creative and marketing consulting for growth.
Product photosAll photos related to sticker social will be transferred. Files will be sent via a Google Drive folder. Files sent will be JPEG and PNG format. Files are mostly a product photos from various shoots with the product on cars and surfaces.

1 - DESIGN
2 - CUT and TRANSFER
3 - SHIPPING
1 - We use graphic design software like Adobe Illustrator to input a customer's custom text into our pre-built DESIGN template (included).
2 - We then CUT the decals using a die-cut vinyl machine, then we apply TRANSFER tape to our sticker for an easy finished peel and place product.
3 - We then SHIP and profit.
We will provide you with our custom process, our design templates, files and fonts, as well as our online suppliers.
You just need basic knowledge of graphic design software like Adobe Illustrator and Vinyl Cutting Software, the learning curve is very easy. If you are new to graphic design and vinyl cutting we will do our best to give you the instructions and training by including an easy how-to step-by-step guide and video if needed when you purchase the business.
