1- manage product feeds from suppliers. this is currently done automatically. 2- manage orders. this is done on Shopify admin page and supplier ordering web page. I have been managing orders manually. the new owner can also enable automatic order management for a small fee. 3- handle customer support. this is typically done through email. 4- in rare cases, you may have to process order returns or defective product replacement. 5- business promotions campaigns through search engines, social media platforms, etc. the best channel for us has been Google Search.
