I decided to start this particular store as i saw a opportunity to sell T-shirts with Branded prints for competitive prices, and i wanted to test the USA market.

I have 2 Shopify Drop ship stores, This is my USA shop. I have decided that managing a busy store like this one from outside of the market space (i live in Australia) is a challenge. and i would rather concentrate on my domestic market with my others stores.

How to grow this business
All you need to do is Marketing, the Store is already setup to sell, and is selling like hot cakes. The New owner just needs to Advertise and Market the products. I had success with Google shopping and Adwords ads, Facebook advertising would be my main focus to grow the store. Instagram ads with a influencer would fits right in with the designer Shirt niche. Social media will be the best growth platform for this store. The Supplier can also provide wholesale, so there is space to expand and potential to scale and grow. Facebook advertising has given me the best results yet, to start off i suggest use Facebook to build sales initially, email marketing to get repeat customers and scale to wholesale and retail clients.
Skills to have
Skills required for any owner will be Marketing and Advertising knowledge. Customer service and email marketing are essential as well. The supplier is OK to deal with and they do provide support if you require, their fulfilment service includes cheap deliveries to USA with a tracking number and they use USPS. The products are SEO optimised with the Major selling items having unique descriptions. Keeping inventory is not required as the supplier updates their own quantities which are reflected on your store. The only skill that would be essential is customer service. The New Owner can prepare better ad copy for the best selling T-shirts.
