Business Story

Why this business was started

I started Superior Home Club as my first dropshipping store. I started it to gain experience with e-commerce sales and marketing. I wanted to learn copywriting, negotiating with suppliers, order fulfillment, etc. so I can come up with my own proprietary product and sell online. I wanted to leverage my graphic design skills and build a store and go through that experience of everything that e-commerce entails.

Unfortunately, I have to let it go now that my final year of engineering school has started and I am limited by time.

The reason of selling this business

I have got the experience that I was looking for. I am in the final year of engineering and I need to focus on engineering projects that I will be working on. I also have another business that I will be working on so instead of disappointing my customers with poor service, it will be much better to pass on this store to a new responsible owner.

What's involved in running this business

From supplier to fulfillment - everything is sorted. I am using a private fulfillment company that has an app and I can fulfill hundreds of order in 2 clicks. Customer Service is being done by myself. Facebook & Pinterest ads are managed by myself. The website design and maintenance is also done by myself.
