Hi! Here is a short description of what Talia Boutique is, and how it came to be. Talia is online fashion boutique with a goal of comfortable, flattering, adorable, and affordable clothes! I started Talia because I have always loved fashion, and my husband had a love for buying and reselling. Together, we came up with Talia, went for it, and we are SO glad we did! We've been up and running for over two years now! Starting an online boutique from scratch is A LOT of work, and comes with an inevitable learning curve filled with trial and error. Lucky for you, that part is done. We have put our heart and soul into making this thing successful, all while having fun. We have worked and maintained great relationships with huge social bloggers like Cara Loren and Rachel Parcell, advertised like crazy through pop-up shops, and participated in huge giveaways with companies like [REDACTED] in order to grow our following authentically. Aside from the store itself, you will receive everything you need to be successful in your business! You will receive all of our inventory, racks, bins, hang-tags, logo files, pop-up signs, the domain name, hangers, instagram account (15k followers,) Talia tape, access to the wholesale accounts, and one-on-one training on shipping, website, and whatever else you need! So how does it work? Talia has been wildly successful through social media. 90% of our purchases come straight from Instagram! We order items through our wholesale marketplace, and we usually mark them up 100% + shipping (around four dollars.) We also will look for darling, sale items on the marketplace and order accordingly, keeping our costs really low. That way you can mark up even MORE than 100%, and make a pretty penny off each item. You have to buy 6 of each item, but we usually buy more to keep hot items stocked. Attracting customers is something we have taken great pride in doing the right way. We have found that working with influencers is the most cost-efficient way to attain customers. We also do monthly email campaigns and the occasional Facebook ad. I will say this is one area I would encourage our buyer to explore as we have focused mostly on bloggers and influencers. We have had great success with this, but that doesn't mean other options can't be explored! The other thing we have been pretty consistent with is our pop-up shops. We have been able to meet our customers first hand and get acquainted with them, all while promoting our brand. We are lucky enough to have reoccurring customers! We have some loyalty with some of our customers, and once they can trust our brand, they come back for more! This is a HUGE benefit for YOU! You can have paying customers, right off the bat. They know they will receive quality product, in a timely manner. So why are we selling it if it's so great? The truth its, Talia has allowed me to stay home and work while doing what I love. My husband and I both have loved building this business from the ground up, while starting our family. That being said...We have done just that! We are proud parents, and business owners, but we no longer have the time to put in, that Talia demands at the rate that it's growing. We have had to take a step back from our business in order to care for our family, as much as we love it! It is profitable, and is on track for wild success, under the right ownership. We can no longer put our heart and souls into it, as our lives have taken a different path. If you are 100% committed, and ready to dive in to a business that has a solid foundation, than Talia is for you. We can't wait to see what you do with it!

How can the future owner improve the business?

More research into advertising!! We have advertised greatly with influencers which has built our following, and pop-up shops. Both of which have been wildly successful. I do think a marketing budget for Facebook and Google Ads would be beneficial. The new owner needs to be more on top of New Arrivals, as we didn't have the time to continue to restock. We constantly have people asking when our new arrivals will be coming. Because we don't have the time to order, take the pictures, upload, and fulfill orders, we haven't kept up on New Arrivals as much as we would like.

What work have you put into the store?

So much work! We have learned so much over the last two years and would be happy to help the new owner be successful in any way! We have worked so hard to build a brand that our customers know and love. We have put in hours of research seeking out the best wholesalers, models, photographers, and more!
