What's involved in running this business

You can do everything from the computer all over the world. I have a manufacturer in Europe that also stores my product in a warehouse next to the production, they also fulfill the orders and ship it directly to the customers. The hoodies and t-shirts is my totally own model that i came up with the manufacturer so nobody in the world sells the same hoodies and t-shirts. Run the instagram with 42k followers and the tiktok account that is verified with 8000 followers

Other details about profit: The profit is higher per month than what Shopify calculates because I changed currency on my website from € to SEK as standars because most of the customers is from Sweden and the payment fee got lower by changing to Swedish crowns for the customers. So in July last year I changed currency and then the analytics get's wrong. You can also see this on the proof of performance photo. For example if I sell for 30k€ a month before that it now says 30k SEK now instead and that is only 3k€. This is also available to read about on shopifys payments guide that the analytics get's wrong when you change currency. To customer a hoodie is sold for 59€. The cost for 1 hoodie is 23-24€ and 3-7€ for shipping depending on where the customer lives. The really good about my supplier is that you don't have any upfront costs. You get 14 days credit on every invoice and you get an invoice sent to you by email every week by the supplier that is for the costs the week before.

    How to grow this business

    I would keep growing the business bigger in Sweden and also to Norway. Then I would do a big push in USA to get some traction and keep on building on that. The supplier and logistics is ready for all that.
