Why this business was started
I decided to start this business to create a source of income that I could do anywhere in the world and all I would need is a laptop. Also creating an online store that people can find cool products for their home that they wouldn't usually find anywhere else. Creating an online store has been an incredible learning experience and I have learnt a wide arrange of skills which I would not have learnt otherwise. Dropshipping is an amazing concept with the ability to start your own business with a small amount of capital outlay.
The reason of selling this business
I currently have a full time job which I am loving and another project which I want to put more effort into hence selling the store as I no longer have the capacity to take it to where it could go.

Running an online business involves finding new products to sell, creating ads and ad copy for the products, testing these ads on facebook, instagram and google, fulfilling orders, looking after customer emails and continually learning to try and create a better business.

How to grow this business
In order to grow the store over the next five years I would aim to hire more virtual assistants who have expertise in Facebook and Google ad words marketing, product research and ad creation. I would also look to have fulfillment services set up with an agent who would source products at a cheaper price, speed up shipping times and create our own packaging.
Skills to have
The key skills needed are social media marketing, Google adwords, content creation and copy writing with the most important skill being customer service. Ensuring that your customers are getting the best service possible is the key to having a great brand. This includes replying to customers quickly and replacing products if they turned up damaged or lost.
