We started The New Bamboo because we love the idea of eco-friendly fashion. We sell hand-crafted and unique accessories, created with nature's most sustainable resource- bamboo. Bamboo is green, lean, plentiful and sustainable. Bamboo is a rapidly regenerating plant which grows in abundance all over the world. You can harvest large quantities of bamboo with no harm done to our environment.
We are selling The New Bamboo because we simply no longer have the time to advertise our products or build traffic. My husband and I started the project out of passion for the environment but did not fully understand the time commitment that it takes to build a brand. We initially spent many hours designing the store and logo, choosing products and writing engaging, SEO optimized product descriptions. The shop also has a well thought out shipping and privacy policies and terms of service. Unfortunately, we no longer have the time to build traffic. Once we found out that we were soon to be parents, we needed to divert our time and attention to our beautiful baby girl. We would love to see the brand flourish and grow as we are still very committed to the cause.
This is a dropshipping business and the store is fully functional. Products have been imported from AliExpress vis Oberlo and are all priced with engaging product descriptions. To run the store, you must update prices when you are notified of a change. When an order comes in, you must fill the order through AliExpress- an almost fully automated process. Once the order is placed, AliExpress will ship the product. Most importantly, you will need to advertise and build the brand.
