The Real Force strove to be an outdoor supply shop. On this journey we came across the FithOps Camp Safe Alarm. This product is what launched our business to success. We sell hundreds of these every month and have optimized our business around this product. Now, the business mostly runs itself and only requires little maintenance.
The reason of selling this business
Our original interest was making The Real Force an outdoor clothing brand. But we started selling FithOps Trip Alarms as it is a great cashflow product, accounting for practically all our sales. We are ready to move into the clothing business and want to sell all assets regarding the trip alarms.

The entire business is automated. The only manual tasks we do is order inventory, handle customer emails and create social media content. Granted, these tasks can easily be passed onto a freelancer or third-party company to handle. We used Notion to manage all tasks.

SuppliersFithOps will be your supplier. You contact FithOps when needed to purchase inventory. We also have a relationship with Zune Lotoo (our dropship supplier for our tactical gloves) and Stormtech (our dropship supplier for our outdoor clothing).
How to grow this business
In 2021, we did $106,000 in sales. About half of this was Google Shopping ads and the other half organic traffic from TikTok.
In 2022 (around March), we added Facebook Marketing. This launched our business even further, already over $200,000 in sales. Due to our success with organic TikTok content, we plan to also run TikTok ads later this year. With Q4 in mind, we plan to do $500,000 in sales.
In 2023, we plan to optimize international shipping. There is a demand for this product in Australia and some countries in Europe. Technically we ship these internationally now with DDP shipping, but it is expensive. The plan is to use our already existing partnership with ShipBob (our third-party fulfillment company) and store the product in Australia and Poland. We plan to be doing 1 million in sales yearly at this point.
In addition, we plan to also change the branding. The Real Force was indented to be a clothing brand, and we will eventually make it into that vision. As part of this sale, we plan to sell you everything (including socials and domains) expect our name and logo. We ask that you consider changing the name and logo of this store. Although, we understand if you want to keep the branding and we will consider letting it be part of the sale if requested.
