We are a new store, we have only been around since Feb 2018. We sell farmhouse home decor and a few apparel items. I've had a lot of fun putting the store together, but I haven't had the time I've needed to really grow the business. A lot of our items are based off of the 'fixer-upper' style. That show has been huge in the United States and google ad words show a ton of people are looking for what we are selling.

This store has so much potential and can go in so many directions. The first month we were open I was testing out facebook ads to drive traffic. We were in the top 5% for traffic out of all stores that launched we we did. We had no problem driving traffic to the store. After the first couple of months, I had to take the marketing budget and use it elsewhere. The store took a back seat to some other obligations and the traffic we had was organic from IG.
How can the future owner improve the business?
This store needs someone who has the time to put together a good sales pipeline to target non-sales and target those who visit the store. That is a part of the business that was not done properly. We are lacking a good sales pipeline and follow up campaign, re-targeting etc.
What work have you put into the store?
All of the set up and design, as well as sourcing products. We've also built an IG following of almost 53k followers. The IG page is also for sale if desired.
