Why this business was started
Both have a passion for E-commerce. After starting successfully dropshipping from China, we started noticing that these long shipping times were not going to be of benefit in the long run. We switched to personalisation, especially print on demand that has 2-5 shipping times. One of the founders have a background in selling cars and we saw huge potential in this area (there are only a few stores that do the same as us).
The reason of selling this business
Due to personal issues in our lives, we could not continue the journey together and bring this business further. We hoped that things would change and we kept the store for a couple of months in the hope our situation would change. Eventually it did not happen. That's why decided it is time to sell the business.

How to grow this business
Most of our sales came from paid advertising specially Facebook ads. In our initial business plan, we set Facebook as our biggest marketing channel. Our plan was to acquire as much customers as possible and nurture them further by the use of email marketing. We currently have an automation flow setup in Klaviyo of about 70 emails.
There is huge potential in the 'Vehicle market' (cars and motors). The buyers are passionate and our long term plan was to create a brand by giving our customers valuable information and selling them our products. We called in it in our plan value based selling. We were planning to use YouTube and Instagram to grow our organic following. Besides that, in our journey we saw that a bunch of our sales came from SEO and we did not even focus on that channel. Overal, we think that this store has huge potential.
