Why this business was started

I decided to start this because I felt "creatively stuck" at my 9-5. After reading an online article about the real difference between 9-5 and entrepreneurship, I was hooked! Hooked about the fact that making money online was possible. 2019 was my first year as an online entrepreneur and the only thing I regret was that I didn't start earlier. I'm graduated as a marketeer with a huge interest in digital marketing and retail, so that's the point where eCommerce comes in sight. I quickly found dropshipping and in the beginning after strugling I found the "key" to make selling online profitable, which resulted that my dropshipping business turned into a semi-dropshipping business, because I started fullfilling 80% of the orders from the last 3 months by myself.

The reason of selling this business

As I started to advertise more for my business and the businesses of my friends (which I learned the eCom thing) I realized that my interest is more into the advertising then in the real eCom world. Meanwhile I started my own digital agency where I run paid ads for other eCom brands & businesses. This is currently taking so much time and effort, that I decided to sell this business and focus on my agency

    How to grow this business

    First of all, I would translate the shop to your local language and use the extremely powerfull Facebook Pixel of this shop, because that's where the real money is. You can adapt it directly to your region/country and make a campaign with Look-a-like audiences. That's exactly what I did. The first 5 months I only was selling in Belgium and at the beginning of month six I scaled to The Netherlands, which skyrocketed sales quickly.

    Next of that, I would keep talking with the perfect supplier, who really thinks along with you and the business. He sends me samples of his winning products with each order, which you can test right away.

    Next chance is in the branding of the site. I haven't got any pro logo yet and didn't start to brand it.
