How to grow this business
I would grow the store over the next 5 years by being consistent on social media and engaging with customers via Instagram and through emails. You would need to maintain a high standard of customer service and use the large customer email list on a weekly basis to increase revenue. Use seasonal, anniversary and birthday discounts to your advantage to further build the relationship with the customer. Expand into different branches of social media in order to maximise engagement.

You should be up to date on the use of social media to promote the brand. Must be able to use ads effectively and be able to engage with with potential influencers (via Instagram DM) using a variety of methods to further increase your audience.
