What work have you put into the store?

Over the 8 years, we've been challenged with dedicating time to this business. As a side business for the partners, growth could be much higher due to limited capacity (since we all have full times jobs).

We built the business with time in mind. We have built an excellent site, an automation framework in Mailchimp, and great customer service infrastructure. We work with an established 3PL, and have thousands of brand photos to use.

Our brand does not require constant new designs. Thuggies has been successful in launching 2-4 new designs a year while keeping our best sellers and removing poor performers. No need to continually change with every season.
