How to grow this business
I would focus on logistics, having started this store during the pandemic I was hit with huge shipping delays and setback which ultimately lead to me stopping the store as I wanted to wait until thing improved. Could have benefited with a private supplier at lower cost to have made the most of the demand for this product. Finding a New reliable supplier is suggested for the new owner.
