What's involved in running this business

This is a drop shipping store so there is no need to hold inventory. Our supplier is through AliExpress and is very friendly and responds quickly. Our margins are currently 50% but we feel there is room to increase up to 60-70% margins. Offer free shipping to customers as we know shipping rates can deter potential customers.
