We started TotalGadgetCase because we wanted to see if it was possible to run an online business next to our regular day-jobs. This worked out perfectly, and we had more than enough spare time to get some new products in, and fulfill all the orders that were coming in. We thought that getting traffic to our website would be extremely difficult, but all the traffic we have gotten so far has been organic.

We eventually got contacted regarding a job opportunity overseas. TotalGadgetCase didn't make enough for us to live off, so we decided to take the job. Our main focus has always been to maximize the profit and minimize the effort. This business has been set-up in such a way that all you need to do is fulfill the orders. It is a dropshipping business, so you won't have to deal with any of the physical shipping yourself. It truly is as simple as that: An order comes in, you buy the product from our supplier, they will ship it to the customer, and you simply notify the customer that the product has been shipped. All the traffic comes organically, meaning you can either choose to 1) rake in the profit from all the organic traffic, or 2) start advertising actively, and grow the customer base that way.

Part of this is due to our very high profit margin or around 80-90%. You will only have to do the operating activities, which basically only come down to fulfilling the orders.

If you truly want to put the time into it (20+ hours a week), you can add more products, get active on social media, advertise, send mails to new customers, contact customers who already bought something, create upsells to increase revenue.
