Why this business was started
Freedom. The same reason every gets into Ecommerce. 12 months ago we didn't know this existed. Now we have been privileged to have started, scaled and grown a successful online business that has allowed us to leave our jobs and pursuit what we want. We have made $10'641Aud since April 1 (56 days). This is enough to start our dream business and that's what we are going to do now. TouchBlend is currently making us $200 profit a day. So if we dont get the right offer we wont sell.
The reason of selling this business
My business partner and I want to start our dream business which is in the automotive industry and is subscription based. However it is targeted to our local community and involves us running events locally. therefor, we feel it is best to sell TouchBlend and put that money towards our new ventures. However, if we don't find the right offer we wont sell because it is still making us money.
What's involved in running this business
Daily: - Customer service (20 min) - Check on/adjust ads (5 min) We spend roughly $100 - $250USD a day on Ads - Post on IG/FB (5 min) Weekly: You can easily dropship with TouchBlend and only order a blender once the customer has paid. But we will introduce you to our agent so you can take it to the next level when you are ready. With our agent we order stock 2x a week. We have an agent in China whom we currently buy 150 - 200 blenders at a time as it saves us $1 per blender and has faster shipping. They do all our shipping and packing. And our average order costs $2300USD.

How to grow this business
The store is growing quickly as it is. Over the next 5 years, 2 key things would help support this growth and push it in the right direction.
Social Media Influencer Marketing, We have sent blenders to 5 influencers with 20k or more followers on Instagram. Since doing so we have gained 2000+ followers on our own page and had spikes in revenue of 15% - 30% during the times that they actively promoted TouchBlend.
Stay on top of customer service. We knew early on that on thing that would really set us apart from the rest was our customer service. We have been committed to responding to customer inquiries within 24 hours. Which really isn't hard. At one point I 'employed' my sister to do this in her spare time and gave her $30 a day for 1 hours worth of work. (We have a google doc with plenty of responses to common questions ready to copy and paste)
Skills to have
A new owner should have general knowledge of how to run a shopify store. Run FB ads and as always, a business mindset would help a lot. - We have a course for fb ads that we bought to help us get better. We will share this with the buyer if they wish.
