General description

Trendologi was built as a e-commerce centre for the latest, trending electronics & gadgets found around the world. We decided to build the store when we saw other stores receiving so much negative feedback from their poor, or lack thereof, customer service and we thought "we are going to 100% own the customer service front", so we did. We've dealt with every customer interaction personally without using any templated replies. Thus, every interaction, good or bad, has gone smoothly and the customer was satisfied with our service.

We've already put countless hours of work into optimizing the store on all fronts- color themes (we chose a color theme similar to Amazon; research shows that those colors inspire people to shop more), product page structure, and even checkout funnels.

Most of our products we have dropshipped. Our current MVP is a dropshipping product which we've carefully chosen a good seller who provides fast shipping to the US and other countries on top of quality customer service for returns and issues.

Our marketing strategies have followed an effective funnel approach- warming cold audiences, pushing qualified cold with more aggressive marketing, then full on aggressive and retargeting at the bottom of funnel audiences. With this, we've seen an average of $25 CPA for products.

We are selling this particular business because we've started other projects in our firm that we need to re-allocate manpower towards and don't see us putting in the necessary hours to maintain this store to it's full potential.
