Why this business was started

Our 13 year old basketball loving daughter loves two things, sports a (specifically basketball) and jewelry. After she lost a basketball bracelet that we spent over $100 for, it hit me. Kids don't care if the pendant they're wearing costs $10 or $100, all they care about is it's basketball.

That's the key to this brand, sell to parents with sport loving children. This is an extremely untapped market, and a surprisingly easy niche to target when running paid ads.

The reason of selling this business

Other projects that are in the works have taken up a considerable portion of my time, and I need to cut one Shopify store. Also, my daughter will start her basketball travel season soon so time will become even more precious since we are focused on D1 scholarships at the moment.

    How to grow this business

    Let's face it, kids are notoriously absent minded and are constantly losing everything. That's where this brand took shape. This online store focuses on selling discount sports themed jewelry to "soccer mom" type parents, and should be targeted as such when marketing.

    All suppliers are sourced through AliExpress, and via the Oberlo app. The oberlo app will need to be connected and synced to the store in order to process orders. Alternatively, orders can be processed manually directly via AliExpress.

    Skills to have

    The ability to target parents of sporty kids is key. This is really an untapped market, and considering the price of the jewelry sold is very easy for add on sales.
