We have not made the investment in this website that it needs to fully realize its potential. We have an engaged and loyal customer base that needs to be enticed to return to Trixie's 4 Pets. We know with a small amount of work these customers will want to shop with Trixie's 4 Pets. They like the lower prices we have online versus our former brick & mortar locations.

Writing daily on the website will raise the profile of the business and let consumers know about our offerings. We have many products that benefit for targeted marketing. Not many retailers carry these brands and as soon as we let customers know we have them we get repeat business. Coordinating with manufacturers to direct traffic to trixies4pets.com when customers are looking for their products will increase visibility. We receive a minimum of 2 calls or emails daily via manufacturers websites.

We built a loyal customer base that relies on us to provide them with the best products for their pets. I built the ecommerce site and was actively engaged in social media. The ecommerce site was meant as a brand extension to the in store experience our customers had.
