Why this business was started
I created this online store in Q4 of 2021 because I needed to make various tests on products to sell in Germany. After these tests, I decided to stop selling with this store but to keep it active anyway as it was my only online store that had Klarna as payment method. I started selling with this shop again at the beginning of 2022 because I found a nice product, which turned out to be good.
The reason of selling this business
As I mentioned earlier, in early March I started to notice that the sandals I was testing turned out to be a really good product. I started to scale it but after noticing Klarna's long payouts times, I decided to pass on it due to the small budget I had. I'm sure this product has really big potential, especially now that the summer season is approaching, but to scale it properly you need more budget and experience
What's involved in running this business
The main work involved in running this business is the marketing. We market mostly with Facebook Ads. So you have to set up campaigns, create video ads (or get a VA to do it, same goes for customer support) and come up with strategies to get as many recurring customers as possible. It will also be necessary to have a supplier.
