Why this business was started

I started this business and an easy way for people to incorporate superfood powders into their diet that do not contain any fillers, sugar, gluten, soy, artificial ingredients, or "natural flavors." I later expanded the product line to include a Cinnamon Superfood Almond Butter which has become a best seller and product that drives a lot of returning customers.

The reason of selling this business

I have decided to sell the business because I do not have the time to contribute to growing it. I strongly believe that the business could flourish into the retail sector with the right enthusiastic individual. With the amount of compliments I have received combined with the growth of the health/wellness space around the country, I am excited to see what U Choose Superfoods will flourish into. I would be willing to be a business/health consultant for equity in the company.

Note- As of 2/1 I have stopped making and selling product which is why net profit is currently at zero from that time period.

    How to grow this business

    I have not put any money into marketing as all my sales are from social media and word of mouth, so I would recommend doing paid ads/campaigns, affiliate marketing, and trade shows. Getting into more retail locations would also be the next step with the brand. I would also recommend getting a co-packer as I was making everything by hand in a commercial kitchen.
