Business Story

Why this business was started

I was looking for a new business to start up and make some side money. I quickly started finding "Amazon FBA" videos on Youtube. After investing into a $500 course and finding out this wasn't for me, I stumbled upon Shopify. This avenue looked much more promising to me and enjoyable since I enjoyed developing websites.

The reason of selling this business

The reason for selling my business is ultimately because I'm not a full-time entrepreneur. I have a few other side hustles. One has taken off in a positive direction, so in order to invest more time into it, I will be putting this one aside. My other hustle is a phone repair business so it requires much more time and effort which I have very little of right now. I hope someone can bring this site to its true potential, because I know it has a lot.

What's involved in running this business

I didn't get the chance to "run" this business too much. I just finished the site's early stages of development. I was in the process of running ads, and ordering items myself to have modeled and professional pictures taken of our inventory. My loss is your gain, if you put in very little work left and do proper ad testing, you will see great success.

Seller‘s Advice

How to grow this business

In the next five years, I would spend it having professional pictures being taken of ALL products that are available for purchase. More and more ad testing milking every audience you could find in the unicorn/horse niche. Eventually the goal would be to move on and create and design our own actual inventory and make even more profit by kicking out the Chinese suppliers we are currently linked with.

Skills to have

Think logical, and be creative.

Running this business for 6 months
I quickly fascinated by the idea of entrepreneurship and got involved about 2 years ago. I have endless side hustles I enjoy taking up to make a bit of extra cash to live the life I dream of. However, I do have career goals so entrepreneurship is strictly a side hustle and not a full-time job for me.
