Why this business was started
I decided to start this business as a way to showcase skills in ecommerce and shopify web development. As I have a family of my own, the baby niche holds a particular interest for me, as we have often found it hard to get good quality clothing and more original items for our kids.
The reason of selling this business
My goal was to setup a beautiful store in an evergreen niche, that has the potential to convert well. As I am more of a technical development person, I would rather hand off the store at this point to allow someone with the marketing skills and experience to really run with this store and make it a success.

Running the business involves: 1) Content generation for marketing (e.g. social media posts or paid ads) 2) Selection of new products for the store. 3) Dealing with customer service enquiries.

How to grow this business
This is a completely fresh store in an evergreen niche. The opportunities for growing this store are endless, top three next steps for me would be: 1) Social media marketing. 2) Pushing products out to google shopping. 3) Creating an affiliate network to promote products.
Skills to have
In my opinion the only thing they really need is an interest in the baby products niche. If you have a passion for the niche, you will be able to readily research and identify new hot products as they become available.
Experience in digital marketing would be a bonus.
