If I were to continue to grow and scale this business I would take a more aggressive approach with the massive amount of data I've collected. I would create more Look-a-like audiences and continue to scale positive ROAS adsets. I've had success with my current ad strategy and just have to put forth the time to fully reach its potential and scale it more. I would dedicate more time to doing this over the course of 5 years and further focus on return customers with better email targeting. Growing the social media has plenty of untapped potential with a decently active following accured. Further advancing the social media aspect of the companyI would grow the brand reach and recognition by aquiring micro influencers to get cheaper traffic and high quality content for more ad campaigns. Its a perfect and simple plan anyone can follow!

Skills someone should have is experience with Facebook ads, optimizing average order values with apps, and evaluating customer data to structure and form better email marketing campaigns. You should have vague knowledge on methods to retain customers and take full advantage of customer data. Knowledge on how to fulfill orders and manage customer emails, and maintain social medias.
