Why this business was started

We are two professional people who wanted to take on a side hustle project in our spare time, which we’ve grown into a successful business. This was our first project so we were highly motivated and dedicated. The fact that we never let go of it in 5 years says it all.

We saw this online store as a great way to start up an ecommerce venture with minimal overheads that could be both profitable and scalable.

We saw the huge potential of setting up an online vape store in Australia. Although it caters to a niche customer base, there’s limited competition in the Australian market, and we believed we had the professionalism and maturity to set ourselves apart and offer an excellent customer experience.

We first set up this business when there was an initial groundswell of people transitioning away from traditional smoking and using vaping to help kick that nasty habit and take control of their lives. Since then the number of people switching to vaping has increased dramatically, with vaping becoming a much more mainstream and acceptable alternative to traditional smoking.

All our lives we've loved creating beautiful and tasty food and sharing them with our people. We wanted to create vape juice recipes that capture the full flavour experience you get when enjoying truly fabulous food, so we developed our own in-house premium vape juice range. The business sale includes these juice recipes, product label artwork and promotional images.

We’ve put our heart and soul into growing Vape Bureau while maintaining our demanding day jobs, and we’re ready to move on to our next business opportunity.

This business traded well throughout COVID-19 and the last 12 months have really cemented our local and loyal customer base. We’ve grown this business as far as we can whilst juggling other projects and our day jobs.
