Why this business was started

I saw a market and an opportunity to grow and identify a brand within the niche that it was focused on. A truly one stop shop for the niche it revolves around. The logo and branding easily identifiable. A store that would allow not only a vast range of items and inventory but expand beyond the basics and truly be innovative and push new boundaries.

The reason of selling this business

The main reason is that I have no more time to devote to it to grow it. My corporate job has increased hours, our family dynamic has changed and there are other projects that I currently feel called to focus on. I have started to enter other projects with my brother. This business has great potential to grow and take a fair share of the market for the person who has the time.

What's involved in running this business

The hard work has been done. It is now making it as big and mighty as you want to see it go. Day to day operations consist of customer service support tickets/questions, running FB ads to run campaigns. For the most part, not much time is required but in order to scale, you will need to put some additional time/effort in. Everything has been handled by myself since day 1. I have had complete control from everything emailing, marketing, fulfilling and ad campaigns. Nothing has been out sourced. Right now it is at the perfect place to continue or to take the next step and bring in third parties to really make this grow. The foundations are set. Searching and adding products to continue the growth, scaling ads and expanding into other social media markets.

I have put the foundations down with a couple of products that are ready to explode. I have tested the audiences and interests with a couple of these that have shown all the signs of being amazingly profitable products.

    How to grow this business

    Although this store has been 'operating' since last year, graphs and attachments will show when products were being tested and store was being experimented with. Products are ready for the next level as proven in the attachments.

    July and August had similar monthly visits but almost double the amount of purchases as I honed in on audiences and interests to make them even more profitable. Changing things around the store increased conversion rate and better supply times in processing and shipping.

    Data has slowed down the last couple of weeks as I prepare handover and sale of this store to the next owner.

    The brand has only touched the tip of the iceberg on Facebook. The amazing growth and branding ability it would have on Instagram, Pinterest, Google, Amazon, EBay and any other social media platforms would be amazing. An exciting time. A starting point in audiences and products will be handed over to the buyer helping them get started towards numbers shown in the attachments, once up and running, scaling will be completely up to you. How much money do you want to make?
