Over the next 5 years to grow the business. I would firstly start looking towards finding new products such as reusable coffee cups (cups which customers can take to coffee shops to have their coffee put into without the charge of a plastic cup) which the business can brand itself.
Furthermore, I would look to relaunch the coffee section of the business which has been requested by many customers, as well as this in turn I would look to create some form of monthly coffee subscription services where customers pay monthly to have all different types of coffee from around the world or one specific coffee from around the world sent to them!
I'd also expand the coffee accessories category as these products are higher margin and bring further diversity to the product portfolio.
Instagram Influencers has been an untapped sector of advertising the store has been yet to try. However, its one that we believe can bring the new owner of the store further sales as well as increasing brand awareness for the store and generate new customers which can be added to the customer list.
Giftcards was a section of the store recently added that hasn't really been marketed yet. However we believe that it will be a good product you can market to the list and facebook page for people to buy for friends and family who love coffee/coffee related products for their birthday/christmas presents.
The new owner should have an understanding of Facebook Advertising and how to run the likes of conversion ads, engagement ads, using the facebook pixel etc. in order to run Facebook Ads to generate sales
Other than that skills in copywriting would also be helpful so that compelling product descriptions and social media posts can be written
