Why this business was started

I have a brand project so I decided to start this business to make cash quickly and easily. I chose this niche first of all because I spotted an opportunity in the Italian market. Indeed, the demand is strong and I found almost no competitors. Moreover it is easy to sell upsells on this kind of niche. You can also easily expand the catalog. The house niche also allows you to sell high-ticket products, on the long term this can be a good strategy.

The reason of selling this business

I had no intention of reselling it when I started this website. But I think it's a shame to leave it abandoned when it has great potential, which someone else could exploit. Personally I already have 2 dropshipping websites and a brand in the process of being created, so I prefer to concentrate on these other projects and sell this one to someone else.

What's involved in running this business

10 hours per week are required to run this business and to keep the sales constant. The major part of the work is to manage the facebook ads campaign. The orders fulfillment is automated : my agent connected his applications (MabangERP3) to the stores, so they receive all the orders and fulfill them. The delivery time is 9-14 days to Italy. And for the customer service I already have an Italian speaking person who handles it.

Other details about profit: No other details, except that the drops you can see on the graphics are due to Paypal suspensions. As I created a new society and a new Paypal I had to go through some verifications. The money was on old so I couldn't continue to run the ads during this time. But even when the adds where off, there where still organic orders and the emails where still performing.

    This store has a great potential. All the revenues are made only with Facebook ads and e-mail. By using Google Ads, and other channels the sales and PROFITS can skyrocket very quickly. There is a lot of demand on this product/niche, and as you can see this store is on the Italian market. Which means a lot of demands for a very low competition. The Italian market has a very good purchasing power, which allows to sell at a higher price than in other markets, and then increase profits.

    Skills to have

    The only specificity is the Italian language. The website is already translated by a professional/native Italian translator, the facebook creatives too. For the customer service I already work with a young lady who speaks Italian fluently, the understanding with the customers is perfect.
