We bought this business from someone in the beginning of last year on the marketplace because we didn't know anything about Facebook ads. We realize that we may not be the best people to be running an e-commerce store and we have decided to leave this industry as our lives have changed direction.

We are selling this business because we just aren't that good at Facebook ads and marketing. We've got a newborn here with us and we just don't have the time or the energy to learn.
What's involved in running this business
Running the business is super easy. You just use Oberlo to place the orders automatically. You barely get any emails from customers since the shipping times are pretty good. Just the Facebook ads portion requires someone who knows what they're doing.
My wife and I bought this store mid April from someone on the Shopify exchange.
They had already found a winning product and had ads set up so we were making money almost on autopilot as soon as it was transferred. The lack of sales in April is because we had to set up a business account at our bank to manage the expenses properly.
As soon as the store was in our possession, it was making us a great deal of money. There are days where it makes over $150 USD profit per day which is definitely nice, but it's usually around $100 USD/day profit. Around $3,000 USD profit per month was nice.
We tried to scale it higher and hired someone that didn't do a good job the sales started dropping. Unfortunately we stopped taking care of the store and optimizing it because my wife is pregnant and this has been the last thing on our mind. If you hire someone to do the Facebook Ads or you know how to get them back, this store can generate so much money. We garnered so many travel points on our credit card that we got one ticket to the Bahamas for free. That was nice.
This is all from just one product! The new owner would greatly benefit from testing more products.
Unfortunately, we're very new to Shopify so all of this has been a huge learning experience. To scale this business, it's going to take a little more time than anticipated. With full-time jobs and a newborn, we just don't have the time to really take this to the next level.
This is a really great niche full of women who are looking to buy. We occasionally get sales on the site for our dresses which have great profit margins as well.
The new buyer would be able to take this store to incredible heights if they know how to test ads, scale ads, test products, do email marketing, set up abandoned cart email sequences, Adwords, and much more. There is a lot of room to grow with this site!

My wife and I have no idea what to do on Facebook ads. We bought this store from someone for around $5,000 and we've managed to make more money with it by just adding retargeting and look alike audiences. The only issue is, we suck at this stuff. I'm honestly scared to touch it.
We have not tested any different ads to see if they increase conversions.
These are sales from only promoting one product. We have over 100 products on the store that are awesome but we have no idea how to create a winning ad.
The new store owner can create Instagram ads if they know how to do it.
Pinterest is huge for women but we don't really know how it works. We have the posting automated but don't really have time to learn it.
SEO can help get the site higher on Google for certain keywords.
Conclusion: Advertising more products in more places. We are just promoting one product right now.

We bought this store and only did a few things to it to increase conversion rates to a massive 5%!
First, we made sure that the button colors always remained consistent on product page, cart and checkout. This greatly increased conversion rates.
We then added countdown timers and an indicator to show how many were sold already to increase urgency.
The store originally had about 50 items but now has over 100 products.
Then we found a cool strategy that people are doing now. Just like electronics stores offer warranties, we offered buyers the ability to purchase a warranty on one of our products. It's a small cost to replace the item if it ever breaks, but the profit margins on it are fantastic. The new owner can up the price if they choose to.
