What's involved in running this business
First of all, E-mail marketing, as much as I know it's SUPER powerful revenue generator ( between 10-15% of your store monthly revenue which I have not tried yet), with only a couple of flows it will generate over 66k in revenue, which is nothing compare to the 25k+ subscribers, so there's definitely a room for improvement in this department.
Also, we never launched more then 2-3 products a week, which is nothing, and yet we still do pretty well, you should launch at least 7-10 products a week and you can easily double the revenue we did in the same period of time.
