It is a dropshipping model with no physical inventory. Over Oberlo app all products are connected with suppliers and it is pretty much automated process form ordering to shipping products. Photos and description of products are optimised and ready for selling. Note: Privacy and Refund Policy, Terms of Service pages at the bottom require you to fill them out, I can make them for you but it requires your information and approval.
