We started WhiteSmile in 2019 with the desire to build a customer focused teeth whitening and oral health care brand that provided a vegan, non-sensitive gel formula that worked in 10 minutes and really worked! We spent countless hours designing beautiful packing, an amazing influencer and gift box, a luxury suede travel pouch and a unique customer experience when unboxing and receiving the WhiteSmile product for our customers. The reason of selling this business
With great regret and a heavy heart we have decided to sell the WhiteSmile brand and business. We have put every ounce of effort and money into the setup and early stage growth of the WhiteSmile brand and business. Every spare dollar we have has been invested into the brand from the design of the teeth whitening kits, the unique vegan and non-sensitive gel formula, to the unique packaging of the influencer boxes. WhiteSmile has been built from the ground up with a genuine desire to fill the need a customer focused teeth whitening and oral health care brand that provided a vegan, non-sensitive gel formula that worked in 10 minutes and really worked! This goal has been achieved! We both have other projects to now focus on and are looking for a motivated, successor to take the WhiteSmile brand that we have created and continue its growth and to be a true protector of the fantastic brand we have created. We are also welcoming a new member into the family and simply cannot give this business the love and time it needs to flourish and grow.

We are selling 2 seperate Shopify stores as part of this listing - we have a global store and an Australian specific store - both are being sold together as a bundle. Both of the listings must be purchased together. I repeat both listings must be purchased together. There is very limited work in the actual day-to-day running of the business. ShipMonk our current 3PL partner ([REDACTED]) handles all of the fulfilment of orders, management of returns and any special projects for customers or influencers. All stock is shipped directly to ShipMonk from China and ShipMonk check our stock into inventory. The shopify store and ShipMonk shipping fulfilment software connect directly into each other so all orders are synced into the ShipMonk shipping software automatically when placed into Shopify from the website. ShipMonk offers the cheapest shipping rates as they handle so much shipping volume with the major shipping carriers in the US. Every few days the Facebook and Google advertising needs to be checked and budgets adjusted based on the changes in the advertising market conditions and advertising pricing. Every month new advertising and marketing creative and ads should be created and uploaded in order to keep the Facebook ads current, fresh and up-2-date.
