General description

I opened this business as I have always had a passion for adventure and travel and saw this as a means of becoming more of a digital nomad, designing products making sales and modelling the products personally and with friends i meet while travelling but it is now starting to interfere with my personal brand and I feel I just only focus on one at this moment in my life.

Adventure Apparel Store. Selling custom designed adventure apparel internationally. We sell t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, snap-backs, beanies, bucket hats and in the past made plans to expand into more. In this niche there is the opportunity to sell a wide range of products all around the travel/adventure niche. You could sell scratch maps, bracelets, backpacks, flip flops or even travel themed watches the possibilities go on and on.

A lot of work has already been put into designing the store aswell as the social media accounts and the base has been built but my lack of marketing experience and time to learn how to market effectively is not currently there. If someone with marketing and the ability bought this, they would not have a hard time making the business profitable. Instagram account has 5300 followers, Facebook page has 800 followers, Pinterest-260 and Twitter-272. Instagram has definitely been my most successful means of advertising/marketing. I will hand over all social media accounts but I am unsure if I am able to hand over the Facebook page as it is linked to my personal and I use my own personal details to login

I have made the designs personally on Adobe Illustrator from scratch and have imported them into Printful where I then get the products printed on demand for each individual customer. Profit margins for each individual product range from about 30-60% these could be increased to even up to 100% or further if products were printed at home or a cheaper print on demand service was used.

Most customers were acquired through Instagram via simple account posts or via paid influence shoutouts. Customers were very pleased with the service and product and some even wanted to represent the brand further. I have also had probably about 6 people on Instagram who wanted to represent the brand fully and become an ambassador but didn't get round to setting this up.

The base is all there, the brand just needs somebody with marketing experience to take it to the next level. PRICE IS NEGOTIABLE

How can the future owner improve the business?

The base is there aswell as the brand identity. It just needs marketing and to be put in front of more people. Website is fast and fully operational. If it is possible to print products at home with own printer, profit margins would double. Currently using Printful for print on demand, service is high quality and quick enough most of the time but expensive compared to other companies and especially to home printed apparel.

What work have you put into the store?

A lot of hours have been put in to making this store very professional and operational. A fluid colour scheme with a fluid general and text scheme across the whole store. Language and tone of voice is suitable for target audience across whole store. Suitable images have been uploaded all across the website. Automatic currency exchanger for each customer, converting prices to their local currency. Speed of website has been optimized by reducing size of individual pages to make load times ideal. About us page of the brand has been carried out to a high degree. I have also set up an ambassador program for people looking to represent the brand on social media, many people have wanted to present Wild Supply as it aligned with their values.
