I started this as a hobby in my teenage years while still in school but after a couple of famous youtubers and influencers started speaking about my business on their channels the business grew very quickly and within a few months became my full time job. Kylie Jenner then asked me to send her some pieces and she then wore them on Keeping up with the Kardashians which led to a big sales increase. The business will be 8 years old in 2021.
The reason of selling this business
I started a new business a few years ago which has taken off and I now no longer have time or effort to put into this brand. I think it would be a great first business for someone else who wants to start up a clothing store but doesn't necessarily know where to start.

- No current paid subscriptions are being used for the store however new owner might expect to pay for mailchimp or some other similar software for newsletters.
- No paid ads but new owner can set that up very easily depending on their own budget and plan. I would send free clothing to some influencers in exchange for a post or shout out.
- I don't use any software with this brand. The new owner might want to pay for a shipping software or accounting software but this will be up to the new owner as free versions of both exist.
- The new owner will probably want to stock new pieces of clothing so will need to budget for new collections etc. Shipping costs for every sale are covered by the customer so the new owner can adjust shipping prices to what suits them and will depend on the shipping company they choose to work with. I can make suggestions and offer advice on these things with my experience.
Logo and branding assetsI have all logos that I will send to the new owner. I also have all the branded swing tags for new products that I will send (I probably have around 1000 swing tags made) so that means the new owner can start buying new clothing stock and start selling straight away without the need to buy new branded tags for the clothing. I also have thank you order cards that I will be sending which you can include with all your future sales to send to customers to thank them for buying.
Personal support after sale- Can help with marketing and how to reach out to influencers. - Will help them plan next steps once they buy the company. - I will provide all info on suppliers and help them with ordering if need be. - If they want to stick with the same look/vibe for the photos I can provide them with photographer info. - I am happy to help the buyer for as long as they need. I will always be an email away for any assistance with anything.
Product photosI have thousands of photoshoot images that were from professional photoshoots with models that I will send over (each photoshoot I spent over a thousand $ on for professional photographers/models/stylists etc). I also have styled Lookbook photos etc which are great for social media posts/branding/advertisements.

SuppliersI will send the buyer of my website all my supplier information. I have a supplier account with a wholesale website which I will pass on to the future buyer and they can either register and create a new log in or use my old account.
How to grow this business
The store is ready to go with all stock so would be an excellent first business for someone wanting to start a clothing company but without the hassle and years of building a company. Social media accounts aren't included in this sale, I think new buyer can create new social media accounts to run the company and create the type of content they want for the business. I would recommend the new owner work with influencer (small and larger), do some paid advertisements on Instagram, do Facebook ads, work with fashion you tubers and ask them to include some pieces in their styling videos to create a buzz around the brand again. This will guarantee sales. I would then build on that and keep going to build an online presence.
If the owner preferred they could rebrand the business with new logos, new style even a new name if they wanted to. I think this business is a great move for someone who wants to own an online store without needing to build it completely from scratch - which often takes years and lots of time, effort and money spent.
