I started this business during the confinement due to Covid-19. I had lot of time to do that and wanted to develop my competences. It took me around 3 weeks to have a complete ready website.

Since the end of the confinement, I started to go back to work. Now, I don't have the time to manage my work and my other activities. I have two other activities (clothes brand) and had to make a choice. I know that I could develop more and more this business but unfortunately, days are too short !

To launch this business, I had to find a profitable niche, a reliable supplier, learn about how to optimize advertising campaigns on Google and Facebook, create a community on social medias, imrove my SEO, etc. Now, everything is set and ready, all you will have to do is to continue selling.

    How to grow this business

    This website has a huge opportunity. In one month, I managed to make a revenue of almost $40000, the demand is there and I am selling quality products.

    It's a dropshipping website, but without the inconvenients of dropshipping : I work with an agent which delivers in 5-10 days in France and in other countries as well. He is very reliable and cares about all the orders processes. He managed to negotiate prices directly to the supplier, so the products are even cheaper than aliexpress. I will obviously give you the agent contact.

    Products which are selling more are sunglasses. That was my main revenue, but I also sold watches. I think that the advantage of wooden products is that even sunglasses can be bought all the year and not just during summer. Same advantage for watches.

    Skills to have

    There is no specific skills in my opinion, but you have to manage ads. I tried ads on Google and Facebook and in my experience, Facebook Ads are more profitable. I already have a warm pixel and with more than 650 orders, lookalike audiences are very powerful.

    You need to be familiar with marketing and CRM, to know how to make sales and give the right message to your audience.

    You should also answer quickly to the customers, which are often asking where their orders are.
