Why this business was started

Ever since I bought my first electric bike, I fell in love with being able to ride and not get exhausted when traveling longer distances than normal, I also enjoyed all the compliments I received. I decided to start selling them when so many people asked me where did I buy my electric bike. Electric bike sales are booming especially ever since the pandemic started.

We have been in business for 5-6 years selling electric bikes. What I like is that we are not required to buy these electric bikes by the dozens. They are simply dropped shipped directly to the customer via an electric bike wholesale warehouse. You simply get the customer first. Then when their payment clears to your account, you simply place the order with the wholesaler by purchasing the bike at the wholesale price and making a profit. Our domain name alone is worth close to $1,000, which can be verified at godaddy website. Simply google the words "godaddy whats my domain worth". When you are at the godaddy website, input the domain name "" our domain name has been circulating within google, yahoo, aol, and a few other popular search engines for 5-6 years. For example, google the words (x-treme electric bike). I believe we are still within the first page of google. Also, if you look at upper left corner when you do that google search it shows about 4,270,000 results. So for us to be listed on the first page in over 4 million results for that keyword, is incredible.

I am selling the business because I no longer have the time to attend to the business, and the necessary time needed for marketing/promoting the business.

What's involved in running this business

To run the business, it is suggested you get an 800 number or you may add another phone number so that customers can call to get answers to any questions they may have. Customers prefer to purchase from a website where they can call for customer service. Freedom voice charges $12 and up for such number. You also have to market/promote the website constantly in order to be successful. I highly suggest utilizing all social media outlets, and google AdWords as well. It is required to check the wholesale supplier inventory and make the necessary updates on your website to coincide with the supplier's inventory. This should be done daily to ensure in-stock availability to customers.
