Why this business was started

To live and work from anywhere in the world. Be my own boss and manage my time and energy the way I want. It is amazing. My business partner + I were craving freedom and being able to work from anywhere in the world and live a good life. We had lots of ideas in our heads from opening up a cafe or restaurant, a clothing brand, a yoga school and ended up deciding for jewelry as we were able to start with a small collection and just a few pieces. So our initial invest was not much and felt quite risk free. Up until today, we don't have a big storage since jewelry is small and kept the fulfillment in-house. Which is super handy. And the cherry on top. Jewellery has really good margins. It is tiny, light, cheap and you can still offer really good quality! Happy customers, happy you.

Other details about profit: I did not have any funding. It can easily be grown much bigger in quicker time. Jewellery can have incredible high margins if done right. And one great thing: productions can be very small while maintaining high quality. As small as 5-10 items per piece. No problem. It is very little risk if you budget right.

Saves a lot of time. Those Newsletter Designs would be in CANVA and only adjustable in Canva.
    • Personal support after sale

      I am happy to help. The first week: I will be available for 30h/week Via Zoom, email, whatsapp. So we can arrange all the transfers, immediately respond to Questions and i can support you all week first hand. The next 3 weeks, i will be available to you for 5 hours / week (can be divided throughout the week or all in one day) Again via Zoom, Email, Whatsapp. After the first 4 weeks, I will be available for another 8 hours in total for another 4 weeks. So this will be 52 Hours in total in a 8 week time-frame. If you prefer, we can also reduce the time frame and have my service of the 52 hours in a shorter amount of time. After this, you are welcome to reach out and we negotiate a price for an hourly rate, if further help is necessary. I want you to crash it!! I really want to see you thrive and I would love to see someone new bringing all his/her energy and motivation to YAKAMOZZ. As the brand has a special place in my heart.

    How to grow this business

    There are a few easy things to focus on that will immediately grow your revenue: - increase AOV (Uspelling apps) - grow email list - sent weekly campaigns + offers - regular new collections (not necessarily own designs, lots of wholesale manufactures are out there)

    Skills to have

    Most importantly: eager to learn and commitment. Everything is figureoutable. If you don't know how to do something, you will find it out, ask others, delegate. It helps if technical stuff does not scare you, but you really don't need to be an expert. Obviously it is of great help, if you know how to use Klaviyo or a similar Email Marketing tool. If Instagram is something you like and know how to use or have someone who will manage your social media. Canva is a tool I use daily. The most important skills a new business owner needs: being self responsible, a great willingness and curiosity to learn new things, tools and being on track of finances right from the beginning!! Know, that you can always ask for help, find experts on Fiver or Upwork. YOU can 100% do it!
