    The first thing I would do to grow this store over the next five years is get the products back on Google shopping ads. My product feed was suspended so they stopped me from continuing to run these ads. As a part of the store takeover, I will show you how to create a new Google Ads account, with a new product feed and share the data from my account. This includes all the best selling products.

    Once the store has momentum again, I would start narrowing down the product catalog to just the best sellers and become the industry expert in that space. At the same time, you can begin testing the winners from Google Shopping on Facebook. They are already searching for and buying this product on Google, so it is highly likely that the product will do well on Facebook too. Improve the product quality of these best sellers by negotiating the with the suppliers, improve shipping time, and get custom packaging.
