Why this business was started
I started this business because of a problem I had. I wanted to buy a yoga mat online. This was almost impossible to find in Canada, except if I bough directly with the manufacturer and that meant I couldn't buy other fun stuff at the same time; like yoga clothes and other accessories. AND, I would pay crazy shipping fees. I discovered there was a huge gap in the market in Canada; there wasn't a one stop shop for all things yoga that would ship to Canada OR not charge us a huge amount in customs. The yoga market is still in full expansion.
The reason of selling this business
I simply don't have the time to give the business the energy it deserves. This business has been a side hustle the whole time; but I now have a family and it is very difficult for me to find enough time. In all honesty, I currently don't work at all on this business, which shows in the sales. I still think there is a huge market for it; but sadly don't have the time for it. To show the growth it could have, I think this business needs at least 10 hours of work a week, specifically to acquire customers. I currently work on it less than an hour a week.
What's involved in running this business
Getting the package ready and shipped because ee decided to keep the inventory. Managing the social media accounts (Instagram, Pinterest and Facebook), email campaigns, advertising campaigns on Adwords, customer service. Ordering from suppliers and posting new products on the site. Updating the site with fresh content on the blog and first page.

How to grow this business
Definitely put energy on Instagram and influencer campaigns. I would invest more in Adwords. The store is really reactive to it. I would also put more energy into SEO as I have done almost nothing in that regards and most traffic comes from Google.
