We started this custom apparel online business about 4 months ago. Since then, we have opened several accounts with vendors, wholesalers, and outsource art creators. We have setup marketing auto posters to assist in social media marketing. My wife and I have a passion for custom crafting. She loves working with her hands and Cricut! I am the creative designer. Together we make a great team to design and create amazing custom pieces!
The reason of selling this business
After starting Yotee's Designs, our priorities have quickly changed. We are youth pastors who would like to focus solely on our ministry work. We don't have the time to do full time ministry, family life, and focus on Yotees Designs. While we are completely satisfied with our efforts and have faith in the growth opportunity of this business, we feel it is best to list Yotee's Designs for sale. We believe someone with some online marketing know-how can take this business to great levels!

At it's current place, Yotees Designs requires some day to day operation activity including marketing, customer service, and order fulfillment. We utilize an online auto-poster that posts pre-made ads on Facebook groups and Yotees Design's Facebook page. We, also, maintain the Google page and products, in addition to other social media platforms. This has been our marketing approach. This approach is FREE! Customer service is crucial. So, we ensure all customer communications are responded with knowledge and professionalism. This is done via Facebook messenger, email, text and phone.

How to grow this business
To grow the business in the next five years, I would focus on online marketing. Yotees Designs need to be promoted to increase online exposure. I would focus on paid advertising on Google Adwords and Facebook ads. In addition, I would focus on my local area craft shows and market days. Lastly, my idea was to seek potential sales personal and offer a commission based position.

The new owner should have some online experience or a desire to learn! Online businesses are so much fun; but, they do require some work. If not, everyone would be successful.
