Description

General description

Price is negotiable. I started up Your Upgrades around January as a general store that I could use to test out whatever products I wanted to determine which ones I would like to move forward with based on their sales numbers. I ran it for about 3 months and generated over $2,000 of revenue during that time. The name of the site is perfect because it is generic and implies that any product being sold on the site is an improvement for the customer buying it. I did manage to sell a few winning products on the site, but due to a low amount of capital, I was unable to buy enough ads to stay relevant against my competitors. Because of school, I also didn't have the time to seek out cheaper influencers, fulfill orders, deal with customer support, etc. so I had to take a break. Now I've decided to sell the store altogether, because it can definitely be used by someone who has the time and capital to do well in dropshipping. I've already set it up to be optimized for conversions, with very persuasive sales copy on some of the products, such as the Wave Ring product which was one of the winners I found, doing over $1,000 in revenue. I know a lot about Facebook Ads so I'd be more than willing to set up custom conversions for the new owner's pixel, in order to make sure that their pixel tracks purchases in different niches separately. I am even willing to disclose the names of the Instagram pages which worked the best for me, and what my plan of action would have been if I had the capital and time to continue selling on this site.

Why should someone buy this store?

I am confident that this store will be sold quickly because any serious dropshipper can tell that it is the perfect site for testing out products and determining which ones are winners. It even already has a few good products that can be sold right off the bat, including the Wave Ring, which I'd be willing to disclose to the new owner. Creating a site like this takes HUNDREDS OF HOURS, valuable time that someone with capital shouldn't waste when they can skip to the part where they're running ads on a good site and generating profit.

How can the future owner improve the business?

The future owner can improve the business simply by investing money into some influencers with large audiences, running Facebook Ads to some of the good products already on the site, or using it as a testing ground for their own new products. I've already contacted a lot of influencers and have a lot of experience with Facebook Ads so I would be totally willing to help the new owner with any questions they might have about marketing in the future.

What work have you put into the store?

I have put in well over a hundred hours of my time creating and perfecting this site, including importing products, creating custom descriptions for products, starting social media, building connections with influencers, managing customer support, and completing order order fulfillment. Save yourself the trouble of doing all this and TAKE ADVANTAGE of the fact that I already have. Because no one is currently running ads to the store, it takes less than an hour of my time a week.

Running this business for about 1 year
I'm an 18 year old aspiring entrepreneur. Dropshipping takes more initial capital than I thought it would, so sadly, I can't continue running my site. I gave it my best shot, and although I'm selling my site now, I won't give up at becoming an entrepreneur.
