I discovered the product at the a couple months ago and immediately noticed that there is a market gap for this type of product (portable lightweight and easy to use laptop stands). The product looks innovative and more importantly it solves a problem for many people who works behind their laptop. I had also previously seen a stable growth in the sector due to new changes in the world, and believes it is there to stay for the coming year.

The reason of selling this business

As previously stated I always look for new opportunities and are driven by that. My time is consumed by 3 new projects and I believe it's a waste to let go of this opportunity. I don't need the money hence it's why I'm selling it for cheaper then recommended. I want to provide an opportunity, a head-start, for those who are willing to try e-commerce dropshipping.

    How to grow this business

    Using my proven marketing formula for this business and simply scale it from there. Use A/B-testing for new products and have the automated e-mailmarketing setup to grow prospects and sell products related to the ZNAP stand.

    My advice is to get warehouses in the US and Europe where you can ship the product from. There are quite a few options to easily set this up without much costs - there are specific warehouses for drop shipping business. This will get the shipping time till 2-4 days for these countries where the biggest amount of sales are (next to Singapore - shipping time is short enough here already).

    Other then that its about basic e-commerce marketing like A/B-testing with videos and other creatives, A/B-testing with landings pages, optimizing e-mailmarketing. You can find a lot of helpful classes on youtube.

    Skills to have

    My personal take on being successful is always open to learn new things. You can learn a lot from the steps that I have taken for ZNAP and there is still a lot more to learn for the growth of the business. The hardest parts have already been done; finding a successful product, a advertisement with good ROA and a website that is automated sales driven.

    Basic knowledge in Marketing and CRM to make this business work. With the current setup you have but to look into whats already there and test new ideas.
